It includes the personal information we collect and store through this website and all the personal data of our employees, job applicants, clients, customers, investors, and other stakeholders. We also use personal data to adhere to various regulatory and legal requirements. Clients need not worry because we always take prior consent and mention the situations in the contractual agreements.
We have the right to withhold information and services if the information provided is compromised or unable to identify the individual or company. This may limit our services and ability to assist and fulfill client and employee needs.
How do we collect your personal data?
Most of the time, we collect all personal data directly, unless clients provide us the consent to access that information from our third-party websites and agents. The personal data is majorly collected through website visits, when they accept our cookies, or through their social media. We also collect information during the various telephonic conversations with our customer service representatives after proper notice and consent. It may be while delivering and providing requested services or for any other concern or query resolution.
In case we receive any personal information that we have not asked for or is not relevant to our services, we immediately delete or permanently anonymize the data to avoid a potential breach of information.

We need to disclose personal data to them as they are often processing the data on our behalf. If the nature of our business relationship permits, we may use the personal details as a reference to promote our future business endeavors and services for other potential clients. But, clients need not worry because we always ask for specific consent and only share personal data to the extent to which the client has consented us.
Also, this consent can be taken away by the client at any time in the future. They can do that by directly contacting us by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link if present in our promotional emails. We will stop contacting the client regarding our products or services and not share any of their data for whichever purpose.
Storage and security of personal information
We store all personal information in both paper-based and/or electronic files and databases. To prevent the erasure, misuse, unauthorized access, interference, modification, or disclosure of the stored personal data, we have incorporated various protection laws and safeguarding systems. Our technical security measures include various systems and communication security strategies, secure storage of hard copy documents, and encryption. In addition, we provide limited access to the data to only those who require access to fulfill the required purposes. Moreover, we only retain the data until needed. Once the purpose is fulfilled and the service is delivered we erase the data and stop its processing.
In the case of a job applicant, we withhold the personal data for future recruitment purposes after taking consent. If there is some dispute concerning the recruitment process, the information is kept for up to six (6) months after the finalization of the recruitment process. If it is an employee who has just ended the association with us, we keep the data for five (5) months for any documentation or record-keeping needs.
We keep all the personal information of our investors and shareholders only until they are an investor or shareholder with us.
If the data is a part of our financial records, we will keep it stored for five (5) years from the end of the financial year of which the records are related or for longer periods if needed by law.
In the situation where the client or potential client has withdrawn the consent to receive direct marketing by electronic means, we keep your data for up to two (2) years after the withdrawal of the consent while complying with the applicable spam rules.
